Covid-19 – The Pyrenees Cycling team and partners on our Tours are taking everyone’s safety seriously during these times of COVID / Coronavirus uncertainty.
All our staff and crew engaging with everyone on our Tours have been vaccinated against the virus. They will be required to perform and conduct health checks on arrival and be provided with proof of your negative PCR test taken within the last 48 hours to enable you to start the Tour. Daily health check questions, with morning temperature readings for all guests. Mask wearing at all times for staff and guests whilst we are engaged in close proximity indoors and outdoors (not while riding) with all participants.
During the Tours our primary item on our list will be to ensure that all participants, all the time, are conducting themselves in a safe manner. Unless required to do so by official government guidelines, you will not be asked to wear a mask whilst riding. You must however always carry your mask with you, to be worn off the bike and in public places unless eating or drinking. This does mean you may have to ride in smaller groups of 6 or less within the Tour to be confirmed at the start of all Tours. Any participant feeling unwell should notify the group leader as soon as possible and the appropriate actions will be taken.
The majority of your time will be spent cycling in the mountains, which makes our Tours the perfect holiday during these difficult times. Every accommodation partner, coffee and lunch stops, and restaurant locations will be carefully chosen and confirmed to be just as cautious and careful as we are.

Please understand that we reserve the right to change these policies at short notice due to the changing government guidelines on a weekly basis.
Travel Insurance If you book and pay for our Tours we advise purchasing Travel insurance to include sudden cancellation, in the event Covid-19 causes you to have to cancel your trip. In the event of any sudden issues like injury while training, sickness requiring medical attention, and you have to pull out, you will be covered.
IF the local or regional, governments decide to close our type of business or any of the departments we pass through go into lockdown and this coincides with your Tour Date, we will transfer and delay your trip to the next possible date that has availability, or for any time period in the following season (in this case, 2022). Pyrenees Cycling Tours SARL LES SORBIERS cannot provide any refunds in any situation for any last-minute cancellation of our business that is out of our control. Your travel insurance protection you have purchased should include cover should your Tour and applies if you injure yourself or cannot attend in the future re-established date of any particular tour.
We would like to offer all our clients the opportunity of re-booking their Tour should it be cancelled due to reasons out of our control.
